Bugatti is an amazing Italian Sports car manufacturer

If you are looking considering listing top end Italian cars then the name of Bugatti is certainly going to feature prominently on the list. This is the car that is manufactured by the Italian sports car manufacturing giant Bugatti. However, it started its journey at France under the able guidance of Ettore Bugatti. The Bugatti has a renowned reputation about it of being an expensive sports car and not being affordable by one and all. In fact a question that most buyers usually end up asking themselves right at the beginning is whether they can afford the car at all.

The first Bugatti was rolled out of the assembly line in the year just after the First World War. However, looking at the circumstances and the economic conditions that prevailed at that point of time it didn't do well at all. That was what led to the financial problems and then one thing led to another making the Bugatti manufacturers having to deal with financial constraints way until the 1950s. Then, the management decided to give it a makeover and then sold it to Volkswagen. The years of the 1930s saw Bugatti getting a whole lot of help from renowned Italian car manufacturers Maserati, Ferrari and Alfa Romeo to pull it out of the dumps and ensure that its engineering marvel continues to thrive.

The way the Bugatti was initially looked at was a labor of love and an art form rather than it just being a car. The way the Bugatti was put together was that each individual part of the car was made separately and crafted to perfection before all of it was fitted together and came about in the form of the final car. This was the birth of the new end shiny, sparkly and innovative Bugatti that you see in the modern world.

Bugatti was considered to be a top end racing car in Europe however its actual design was for it to be a car to be driven on urban roads. The classic car Ettore Bugatti had other cars such as the Tyep 35 Grand Prix, The type 57 Atlantic, The Royale and Type55 Sporst Car. Today, you might not have a chance to see most of these classic cars as they have long vanished. In fact by the latest count, there are only about 2000 Bugatti cars left in the world.

In the year 1965, Volkswagen purchased the rights to produce more Bugatti cars. The two cars rolled out then were the EB 118 and 218 Veyron. The Veyron became so very popular with the buyers that it was soon manufactured in large numbers. This was one super fast car but it was priced extremely expensive as well. Also, the way it guzzled gas made it an extremely expensive option to buy. The latest Veyron 16.2 is faring quite well in the buyer's market however the one major deterrent that stops people from buying it is the price.
